about

As you lay dying, a Vulture will come and assess the situation. They will come to the conclusion of the freshest and most nourishing bits sometimes after a single once over.. usually coming close and picking out your eyeball with their beaks. To them, it is as fresh and delightful as a ripened grape in summer.
All too often in the Church, as the wounded lay dying - the vultures gather, and take the best of what remains, never helping restore, but rather help them die. God holds his highest judgement for these hypocrites, and pours out grace on the trembling, the fearful, and the lost.

lyrics

Would you listen if I told a story?
Would you listen all the way?
Would you listen if it became boring?
Would you listen if I strayed?

You could see where she was heading
You could see it from the start
You could see what she was dreading
You could see the hidden part

And it took no special power
It took no inner light
It took no lucky number
For you to be right

Would you like it if I told your secret?
Would you tremble if I even came close?
Buried coffins freshly resurrected
Nourish vultures on the most painful parts

You could see where she was heading
You could see it from the start
You could see what she was dreading
You could see the hidden part

And it took no special power
It took no inner light
It took no lucky number
For you to be right

Nourish vultures on the most painful parts
The most painful parts
The most painful parts, yeah yeah
(repeat)

about

Richard Cummins Agassiz, British Columbia

Richard Cummins first sang with his Mother on a home made tape when he was roughly 3 years old, in tune. She, having grown up on 50's rockabilly and country icons like Loretta Lynn, taught Richard the guitar at an early age. But it was upon his discovery of the Beatles that made Richard obsess over music, learning guitar, bass, piano & drums and writing boxes full of songs. ... more
